To ensure eligibility, access is limited to licensed professionals.

To gain access:

Email your full name, valid license number, and issuing state to manager@rootedutah.com.
Upon verification, you will receive a password to enter the store and place orders.

Note: All orders are subject to our terms and conditions, including a limit on product quantities to ensure personal use only. By entering, you agree to comply with these terms.

Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation via text or email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact manager@rootedutah.com with your order number and photos, if applicable, and we will do our best to help.
